InstantClips, operated by InstantStudio.ai, creates short-form video content from product information and assets you provide. By submitting a request or using the site, you agree to these terms.

Free video offer

• The free video offer is limited to one video per brand.
• We aim to deliver your video promptly after submission, but processing times may vary based on demand and auditing.
• We may decline submissions at our discretion — for example, products we can't produce quality creative for, or content that is unlawful or infringing.

Your content

You confirm that you have the rights to the product links, images, and other assets you submit, and you grant us permission to use them to create your videos. You keep all rights to your original assets.

Delivered videos

You may use videos we deliver to you for your own marketing and commercial purposes. We may use delivered videos as portfolio examples unless you ask us not to.

No performance guarantee

Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control. We don't guarantee any particular business outcome from using our videos.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it.
